The 40A MPPT solar charge controller is designed to maximize efficiency in 12V or 24V photovoltaic systems. Thanks to its Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology, it achieves a conversion efficiency of up to 98% and a tracking efficiency exceeding 99.9%, optimizing performance even under varying solar irradiance conditions.

This model supports Gel, AGM, liquid, and lithium batteries, and automatically adapts the system voltage to 12V or 24V. It incorporates a four-stage charging system (MPPT, Boost, Equalization, and Float) that extends battery life and improves system stability.

Its design integrates an LCD screen with key navigation for quick and intuitive setup, LED indicators for displaying charging and operating status, and RS485 communication with an RJ11 interface. Optionally, it allows Bluetooth (BLE) or IoT connectivity, facilitating remote control via a mobile app or online platform.

Its electronic protections include: reverse polarity protection for the battery and panel, overload protection, short circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and low voltage disconnection. It also incorporates an external temperature sensor for thermal charging compensation, ensuring accurate charging under varying environmental conditions.

Thanks to its compatibility with various charging output modes (always on, twilight, night, and manual), it is ideal for both mobile and stationary applications. Its robust construction allows it to operate in temperature ranges from -20 °C to +55 °C, with IP32 protection and a self-consumption of less than 14 mA.
