The new design offers a great panoramic view, as well as better ventilation.

Unlike the Evasion, Explorer, and Gran Raid models, the Space's top deck only rises on one side.

The new opening mechanism of the tent's dampers makes it easier to open and close the tent.

Its size, with a width of 140 cm, a length of 198 cm and a height of 145 cm, can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.

The covers are made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass.

The fixing on the vehicle is done through 6 adaptable anchors with screws and self-locking nuts (included with the purchase) that are mounted on any vehicle that has a minimum of two transverse luggage rack bars with a maximum thickness of 5.5 cm.

The ladder, made of aluminium, is telescopic and is delivered with a cover for storage. It can be fixed indistinctly to the right or left of the store.

These covers have an aerodynamic shape designed to avoid vibrations, noise and minimize fuel consumption.

The tent is secured by four safety locks that prevent it from being accidentally opened while on the move, even in the most extreme situations. In addition, a security padlock can be added.

There are two air intakes equipped with filters that improve ventilation inside.

The gray canvas is made up of 6 aluminum-coated layers that protect from the sun's rays. Its fabric is breathable and 100% waterproof. It also resists wind blows of up to 120 km/h.

All seams are folded and taped to prevent water ingress.

The canvas is fixed on aluminum profiles on the outside to prevent water leaks, and facilitate the disassembly of the fabric in case of repair or total replacement.

The interior consists of three canvas doors with a double slider zipper equipped with mosquito nets.

It includes a mattress made of high-density foam with a cover, two inside pockets and a net for objects on the roof.

The interior lighting works with an LED flashlight equipped with an internal rechargeable battery through 12v cigarette lighter sockets. The lantern, made up of 15 high-luminosity LEDs and a reflector, offers high-quality lighting. It also has a polycarbonate protection lens.

Mechanical ventilation is controlled automatically and silently powered by a battery recharged by an integrated solar panel. This ventilation evacuates the accumulated heat and humidity, avoiding condensation inside the tent.

All JAMES BAROUD roof tents fit any vehicle (car, 4x4, van, truck) or trailer. They fit most roof racks and can be removed and stored when not needed.
