The new Webasto Whale Expanse 8 Liter Gas Water Storage Heater has been cleverly designed to maximize living space by being located outside under the vehicle if space allows.

This underfloor water heater builds on Webasto Whale's reputation for heating excellence earned by its award-winning space heaters.

Being a balanced flue gas and electric water heater, now the days of cutting large flue holes in the side of a vehicle are a thing of the past, with concentric flues being carried to the side of the vehicle and they are hidden discreetly under the threshold.

For the internal mount version (On-Board), the exhaust can go down through the floor and then to the side of the vehicle, since there are two meters of exhaust travel available to play with.

Externally installed Expanse requires only a minimal amount of internal space (214mm x 60mm x 81mm). Installed internally On-Board, the heater gives converters the freedom to install hot water without having to drill holes in the motorhome body.
