Mounting:

To adapt it, you can buy a pipe with a diameter of 30 mm at the hardware store and install it yourself. Please note that the pipe should protrude approximately 20 mm from the floor (the fan will be connected to this pipe)

Run a cable down to connect the fan.
Place the fan on the tube and secure it to the floor with the 4 screws supplied.
An aluminium rail is included which can be bent at a 90° angle to fit the required space; a microswitch is also fitted to it. This is fitted so that the microswitch is directly above the U-profile of the cassette lid, so that when the toilet is opened, the U-profile hits the microswitch to activate the fan.
In this case, the aluminum rail must be glued laterally. Please note that the microswitch must be pressed firmly.

Another cable is installed on the top of the side that you need to connect to 12V.
After connection, a carbon filter is inserted to eliminate any odours that may arise. This is closed with the lid and the cassette can be reinserted.
If everything is installed correctly, the fan will turn on as soon as you open the toilet. When you close the toilet again, the fan will start to sound again.

The fan speed can be changed using a toggle switch provided; there will be two speed levels.

In the event that the cassette is too full and liquid enters through the tube to the fan, the fans will not be damaged because we have installed a trap door that allows the liquid to flow directly to the floor.
