Forch 5* White polymer EXTRA strong hybrid mounting adhesive for caravans, motorhomes and campers.
Characteristics:
- Extra strong one-component assembly adhesive with initial adhesion and extreme final strength
- Very good adhesion on almost all common building materials, even wet
- Fast hardening
- Odorless and does not corrode metals
- Elastic connection joint
- Compatible with natural stones
- Once hardened it can be painted
- Very good resistance to ultraviolet UV radiation, weathering and salt water
- No isocyanates, silicone or tin
Meets the requirements of the following standards:
- GEV-Emicode EC 1 plus
Application field:
- Component of the FÖRCH wall mounting system
- Excellent adhesion on wood, metal, natural stone, concrete, duroplasts and thermoplasts, polystyrene, ceramics, glass, etc.
- Particularly suitable for various applications in automotive construction and body construction for gluing sandwich panels.
- For vertical and ceiling applications as well as for gluing panels, wooden slats, window sills, etc.
- In the construction of containers, metal and machinery, for gluing plastics as well as natural stones, indoor and outdoor applications, etc.
- Does not adhere to PE or PP
Application:
- The surfaces to be glued must be firm, dry and free of grease and dust.
- Apply the adhesive in vertical strips
- If necessary, pre-treat porous and non-absorbent substrates with hybrid primer Art. No. 6880 21 250
