  Assembly instructions:

• The mounting surface must be smooth, rust-free, completely clean, and grease-free.

• The outside temperature and the temperature of the components or mounting surface at the time of assembly and for a period of 24 hours thereafter must be at least 20° Celsius.

• After removing the 3M tape protective film, the extension should be pressed evenly onto the mounting surface for approximately 1 minute with high pressure.

• Adjust the ends of the extension to your liking, using a sharp carpet blade, to match the appearance of the vehicle.

• Leave the vehicle stationary for at least 24 hours after installation, preferably 48 hours.

• The final bond strength is only reached after 48 hours.

• Please do not wash the vehicle for at least 48 hours.

• In some installation situations, especially if the installation instructions cannot be followed, additional fixing is recommended using, for example, self-tapping screws, automotive adhesive, or primer.

• Scope of delivery: 1 mudguard with TÜV test report, nameplate, assembly instructions and photo sheet.
