Description
Blugy 3000W 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter with BY-PASS (Priority Relay) for caravans, motorhomes and campers.
OPERATION
Bypass function (AC priority relay): by default, when the AC input is within range, the load is powered by the bypass.
Location and ventilation: Install in a dry, clean, and well-ventilated area; maintain at least 30 cm of clearance on each side. Do not obstruct vents or mount in unventilated compartments.
Operating range ambient temperature: -10 °C to 40 °C.
Electrical hazards: check the integrity of the wiring and the appropriate cross-section; do not operate with damaged conductors, or with an inadequate cross-section.
Disconnect AC and DC inputs before maintenance; the front switch does not guarantee absence of internal voltage due to capacitor charging.
Hazardous atmospheres: the equipment may generate areas and sparks during operation; do not install in spaces with fuels, flammable vapors or where ignition protection equipment is required.
Critical connections: Never connect the inverter's AC output to the grid, generators, or its own AC input; this operation will permanently damage the equipment.
- DC Terminals
- B Fans
- C Schuko connector
- D Barnes of connection
- F Ventilation grille
- H Control Panel
- Front ON/OFF switch: enables/disables the inverter.
- LCD screen:
- Battery capacity: 5 levels (20/40/60/80/100%).
- Load: 20-100% bars and numerical power reading.
- AC Out: indicates actual power supplied to the load.
- AC In and Bypass: show voltage/current when the mains supply is bypassed.
- LCD fault codes: "Lo" (overload), "Ho" (overtemperature), "U" high (DC overvoltage), "U" low (DC undervoltage).
- Remote control via positive serial number:
- REMOTE Port: Activation via serial +.
- The unit will operate as long as a +12Vdc signal reaches the remote terminal, and will turn off when this signal disappears.
- The remote serial number does not affect the bypass operation; it will activate regardless of the inverter's status. If the unit was off, when the network connection disappears, the inverter will remain in standby mode.
- Preparation: Place the equipment on a firm, dry, and ventilated surface; check the minimum DC section and length to limit voltage drop; retighten after the first ground cycle.
- Sequence:
- Connect DC(+) and (-) respecting polarity; the recommended tightening torque is 7.85nM
- Connect the AC input to the rear terminal block.
- Connect the system ground to the inverter's ground terminal.
- Switch ON; the green LED will be active; if there is mains power, it will be powered by bypass.
- Connect the loads to the front Schuko socket or the AC output terminal block; ensure a firm connection to avoid overheating of the connector.
1-USB port, when present, delivers 5V/2.1A for auxiliary power.
