Application areas Sikaflex®-221 adheres well to a wide variety of substrates and is suitable for sealing
permanent elastics with high adhesive strength. Its broad spectrum of adhesion includes wood; metals, metal primers and paint coatings (two-component systems), plastics, and ceramic materials. Observe the manufacturer's instructions before using on transparent and colored materials that are prone to tensile stress. Tests must be carried out with the original substrates and in real conditions to ensure the adhesion and compatibility of the materials.
